  • International orders and purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

  • Goods on sale cannot be refunded and only regular-priced goods may be refunded.

  • EZIYO accepts orders domestically. 

Return Policy

  • Custom, tailored or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

  • Exchanges and returns are eligible when processed and within 2 days of the shipment date.

  • In order to exercise your right of return and exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement including your full name and order number. You can inform us of your decision by

  • We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the return goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.​

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of return the goods to us.

  • We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.​

  • We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
